On July 21st, 2023 at 1:05 P.M. The Putnam County E-911 Telecommunication Center received a 911 call of a structure fire to an abandoned/vacant home located at 12006 Palm Trail, Unionville, Mo.  

As Fire Departments were enroute to the first fire. At 1:44 P.M. the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call, and advised the Putnam County E-911 Telecommunication Center of a second structure fire to an abandoned/vacant home located at 13230 State Highway N, Livonia, MO.  

Fire Departments from Liberty, Grant and Elm Townships responded as well as the Unionville Fire Department and the Putnam County Ambulance also assisted.  Both homes are a total loss.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office received reports of a Teal colored car as well as a black Dodge pickup being in the area of the fires near the times of the fires.  The Sheriff's Office is asking for individuals that may have seen something or have video of these areas to contact the Sheriff's Office. 

These vehicles in the area are not necessarily involved with the fires, but could have information important to this investigation.
