Wanted

Matthew Whitlock has an active arrest warrant out of Sullivan County, MO for case number 21SU-CR00082 which list the following charges:

Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Class E Felony)

Operating a Vehicle without a Valid License (Class E Felony), and

Fail to Drive on Right Half of Roadway (Class A Misdemeanor) 

An attempt was made to take Matthew Whitlock into custody on a traffic stop which was conducted in Putnam County, MO on 09-23-2021. Matthew Whitlock fled the scene on foot and is currently in hiding. Additional charges for this event are pending.  We are asking for the public's help in locating Matthew Whitlock.  If you see him or know of his whereabouts, please contact your local law enforcement agency.
